When people ask me about what is The Secret aka The Best and Fastest way to Build Muscles or Lose Weight to get Six-Packs Abs. When I tell them the truth, most of them often got disappointed with my answers.
The truth is all about being consistent with "The Basics".
You want results? You gotta commit working out 4-5 times a week, each training session you gotta put 100% focus on your training. You gotta plan ahead on what you about to train, take a moment and visualize your workouts (set, reps and intensity) before hit the weights. Always remind yourself that you are here to workout! Save your social session after your job is done (I don't talk when I workout).
So what is the "Best Diet"? Forget about the "Best Diet" for now. Try eating more real foods like unprocessed poultry, fish, meats, unprocessed carbs sugar, reduce sweet beverages, oily foods and eat a lot of veggies!
Even if you follow everything above you still won't get immediate result, why? Because you probably took like few decades to gain those stubborn fats and you can't expect to get rid all of them within just a few days or weeks of hardwork! Consistency is the real challenge here but it is one of the best tool that helped every successful fitness enthusiast to achieve their desire physique.
